Spa Seal Cover Company was established in 1985, and they have been constantly improving the way spa covers are constructed ever since.
Because of their location in Denver, Colorado Spa Seal spa covers must withstand heavy snow loads, extreme sun and physical misuse in resort areas. As a result they have developed a superior line of hot tub covers and accessories.
Spa Seal covers are welded, not sewn, providing a superior water barrier and no stitches to degrade in sun or spa chemical exposure. They have a superior laminated core providing extreme rigidity to avoid water pooling.

In addition, Spa Seal hot tub covers can withstand surface temperatures of 250° F (as compared to competitors at 165° F). This higher surface temperature resistance provides a longer lasting core that will not degrade and sag over time.
